The Fear is the new single from Lily Allen's current album It's not me, It's You. It's a sarcastic song about how we are consumed by all our worldly preoccupations. Her songs have always been playfully constructed, but this takes the cake for substance.
BTW, watch her video of Alfie, it will crack you up.
